Great Job in Roanoke everone. You are making improvements on a daily basis
and we are very proud of each and every one of you.

We are going to be hosting a scrimmage race on Sunday March 9, 2008 at The
Kentwood Fun Spot. Doors open at 8:00Am and races will begin at 9:00AM.
Cost is $15.00 per person. Door admission for spectators is $3.00 per
person. We will run USARS rules and USARS divisions for novice and
standard. We will run 2 mixed relays as well. Please sign up with Coach
